My brother Jack and I have been avid scuba divers and underwater photographers for many years.  Our wives aren’t interested in diving, so it’s just us guys.  Jack lives in Texas and I live in Florida, so it’s not like we see each other that often.  We like to take diving vacations together about every year or so and go to all sorts of places we’ve never been to. 

Some friends recommended that we dive Fiji, and after considering a number of places for our trip this year, sure enough, we decided to travel to Fiji.  After all, it’s rated as one of the top five diving destinations in the world. There are some great dive sites there, including a marine reserve.  Tropical sea life is great to photograph; it’s certainly the most colorful, and of course the water is nice and warm compared to some of the places we’ve been to.  Our best dive trips have been to tropical areas, and we’ve taken thousands of photos over the years.  Jack tells me he just bought a fancy new underwater digital camera housing that he’s eager to try out. Our trip is coming up soon.  We’ll be in Fiji for a week.
