Something has been bugging me ever since the start of the current economic woes we’ve been facing in this country. I know that if you are in a good position, now is a great time to consider looking for a good deal on a home. What I’ve not considered is that I might look for great deals on live work homes.

Currently, I live a few blocks of the ocean in Imperial Beach, CA, and have spent a lot of time out on the sand just dreaming of what it might be like to reduce my commute to ZERO and do all of my work from home.

Over the past several years, I’ve gotten myself into the position where I am able to work from home, and now I just feel the time is right to invest in my own space. And being able to earn my living from home is definitely icing on the cake.

I’ve been looking at North San Diego real estate because it holds a special attraction to me. The communities of Encinitas, Solana Beach, Carlsbad and Leucadia are all such wonderful lovely little communities that I know for certain that to live and work there would make for a peaceful, happy existence.
