How to Save Money on a Fiji Wedding

Do you dream of having a Fiji wedding? Are you afraid that the cost of helping everyone travel to Fiji for your wedding would be too high? A Fiji wedding doesn’t have to be cost-prohibitive.
Here are some ways to reduce the cost of a wedding in Fiji:
- Limit the number of people that you invite. Do a small wedding in Fiji and have a bigger celebration when you get back home.
- Limit the amount of time that your guests can stay in Fiji with you. You don’t want to pay for more than a couple days in Fiji for each person.
- Keep the ceremony simple. Spend your money on the destination rather than extras like flowers.
- Wear beach wedding attire. It’s totally appropriate and tends to be a lot less expensive than formal wedding clothing will be.
- Ask guests for donations instead of gifts. Most of them will be happy to accommodate this method of offsetting the cost of the trip.
- Skip the meal. Nobody really likes eating at a wedding anyway. Skip that and you’ll save a bundle.
- Don’t add a honeymoon. You’d be surprised how many people do a destination wedding but then end up doing a honeymoon in another destination. That’s a waste of money. Just have fun in Fiji!
